Psquare was a Nigerian music duo consisting of twin brothers Peter Okoye and Paul Okoye.
Early Life:
Peter and Paul Okoye were born on November 18, 1981, in Jos, Plateau State, Nigeria. They had a passion for music from a young age and began performing and dancing at various events during their childhood.
Formation of Psquare:
In the late 1990s, Peter and Paul Okoye formed a music and dance group called "Smooth Criminals." Their exceptional dance skills caught the attention of local audiences, and they gained some recognition in their hometown.
In 2001, the twins decided to take their music career to the next level and renamed themselves "Psquare." They relocated to Lagos, Nigeria's entertainment hub, to pursue their musical dreams.
