JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are a new startup looking for skilled field marketers in Abuja and Lagos to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enrolling sales agents who handle direct sale of our services to consumers. You will be expected to train the agents on how to sell our services to final consumers and also enroll/register the agent using our proprietary mobile app. You will serve as account officer to any agent you train and enroll.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Physically source and identify ideal agents in good location ideal for sale of our services.
• Train the sales agents on how to sell our services to final consumers
• Build and maintain relationships with agents selling our services to consumers.
• Report activities weekly to the Chief Agent Officer who will be your direct supervisor.
• Meet or exceed sales targets.
REQUIREMENTS:
• MUST be Resident in Lagos or Abuja
• Have a personal Android/iOS smartphone with internet access
• IT savvy and ability to patiently train and impart knowledge
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
SALARY AND WAGES
Your monthly earning/wage potential is unlimited.
Accepted Candidates will be paid an upfront one-time commission for every agent enrolled and a dynamic monthly salary which is based on recurrent commission earned from your enrolled agents. The more sales your agents cumulatively make, the more income you will earn on a monthly basis. Bonuses will also be awarded based on performance.
