The Federal Government and security agencies have been ordered by the human rights organisation Save the Poor and Needy Charity Initiative (SPANCI) to seize property and freeze bank accounts belonging to Azeez Fashola, also known as Naira Marley, and Samson Erinfolabi Balogun, also known as Sam Larry, over claims that they were responsible for the death of Ilerioluwa Olademeji Aloba, also known as Mohbad.
Additionally, it suggested that Naira Marley and Sam Larry be put on the wanted list.
Last week, Mohbad passed away in suspicious circumstances.
These appeals were made by the group's president, Comrade Yemi Bello, in a statement that was made accessible to
Anything Celebrity on Friday.
After Sam Larry, who is allegedly now outside of Nigeria, allegedly threatened Iyabo Ojo, a Nollywood actress who supports the demand for justice in the death of Mohbad, he urged the government to take swift action.
“We want the federal government to confiscate their properties and freeze their bank account and investigate their source of money and wealth. We want them to immediately declare them wanted as we also say to government of those countries they are to deport them immediately to prove their innocence,” he said.
