    1.10 Billion???? Wonders shall never end for Naija ooo.
    I think UNICEF has connived with their Nigerian counterparts to be fraudulent!
    How can they say they spent 1.10 Billion in just one state in Nigeria without the state being the best most advanced medical center point in Nigeria and the rest of Africa!! Bloody liers, and corrupt criminals.
