OPAC Refineries ® is a wholly privately owned indigenous company duly incorporated in Nigeria to refine crude oil and supply clean fuels in Nigeria and Sub-Saharan Africa. We are the owner and operator of a 10,000 barrels per day modular refinery located at Umuseti, Kwale in Delta State, Nigeria, with an investment of approximately $78 million USD. Our expansion plan will see our plant’s capacity increased to 60,000 barrels per day and will also involve the construction of modular refineries close to onshore marginal fields across Nigeria. OPAC Refineries, through its partners, is equipped with the technical competencies to sustain its market leadership in providing modular refineries and storage facilities for refined petroleum products.
