As a little expert who likes wigs, I have tried almost all types of wigs on the market, including
wear and go wigs,
drawstring wigs, 360 glueless wig, and of course the V-part wig that has been very popular recently. Today, I want to talk about whether V-part wigs are worth buying based on my actual experience.
What is a V-part wig?
Simply put, a
v part wig is a wig with a V-shaped opening at the top, so that your real hair can be integrated into the wig through the opening, making it look more natural. Compared with traditional lace wigs, it does not require glue to fix it, and there is no need to worry about the lace edge being exposed. For me, the biggest attraction of V-part wigs is "convenience" and "naturalness"!
The reason why I bought a V-part wig
As a busy office worker, I have been looking for a wig that is both good-looking and easy to use. In the past, I used lace wigs. Although the effect was very realistic, it took a lot of time to install each time, and I had to worry about the damage of glue to the scalp. Later, my friend recommended me to try the V-part wig, saying that it does not require glue and can be put on in a few minutes. It is a blessing for lazy people. I immediately ordered a short curly V-part wig after hearing it.
User experience: It is really convenient!
- Super fast installation: just separate a small part of the hair as "leave-out" (the part left for fusion), then fix the wig with a clip, and then cover the edge of the wig with your own hair. The whole process takes less than five minutes!
- Realistic effect: Because the opening design allows the real hair to blend naturally, it looks exactly like your own hair. Especially when it is close to my hair quality and hair color, it is simply invincible and natural.
- Breathable and comfortable: V-part wigs do not have large areas of lace or glue, so they are very light to wear, and the scalp will not be stuffy. It is also very comfortable to wear in summer.
Disadvantages of V-part wigs
- Real hair is required: If your hair quality is very different from the wig, the fusion effect may not be natural enough. For example, if your real hair is coarse and hard, but the wig is soft and curly, it will look a bit abrupt.
- High hair volume requirement: My hair volume is normal, but if your hair is very thin, it may be difficult to cover the edge of the wig with real hair.
Who is suitable for V-part wigs?
- People who don't like glue wigs: If you are worried that glue will irritate your scalp, V-part is a clear stream among wigs, and no glue is required at all.
- People who pursue convenience and naturalness: Busy sisters will definitely love it, especially in the morning when they don't have time to toss their hair.
- People with moderate hair volume: Your real hair volume can cover the edge of the wig, and the fusion effect will be better.
