Rapid Response Squad Police Deploys Surveillance Drones To Monitor Crime In Lagos. The Surveillance drones handed over to Lagos RRS police by Governor Akinwunmi Ambode have been deployed to different parts of Lagos.

The drones were first spotted in Ikeja in the wee hours of today and later spotted in different parts of the state few hours later.

    Waste of time and energy. Buying children toys to fight crime!!! This is very ridiculous. American police as efficient as they are do not use drones.

    Create jobs and stop corruption and crime will be reduced. Pay police well and motivate crime fighters and crime will be reduced.

    I guess Governor Ambode needs the drones to monitor corrupt practices of his office and his commissioners first to see how effective the drones are in fighting corruption which is also crime.
