Vanguard has obtained the lead debate on Act to Prohibit frivolous petitions and other matters connected therewith sponsored by Senator Ibn Na’Allah, APC, Kebbi South.
According to a source in the Senate, “the bill is not about those criticizing government as earlier reported. It is about those that file petitions with government agencies knowing fully well it is false then disappear when it is time to defend it”.
