The picture below shows that USA has more sea and air power over China than land power. This is why American military is stronger than Chinese military since US controls the sea and the air.

As for Nigerian military, massive corruption won't allow them to purchase enough artillery to fight Boko Haram. Corrupt generals and corruption system of government! May God help Nigeria.
