The ranking shows which passports give holders the most global mobility, based on how many countries can be visited without a visa, or by getting one upon arrival. The ranking of the world’s most powerful passports was put together by financial firm, Arton Capital, which specializes in helping wealthy individuals obtain multiple citizenships, sometimes through immigrant investor programmess.
Nigeria passport offers access to only 49 countries as against 61 countries in 2015 while a Chinese passport offers only 74 countries. The United States of America (USA) and the United Kingdom (UK) which give holders access to 175 and 176 countries respectively. The top-ranked passports, followed by the number of countries they offer access to:
