This is not possible if you registered by yourself, however you have a 7-day window to change refer if the registration was done by an online consultant.
Also know that you may delete an account and re-register a new one if you are not satisfied with the particulars of the account, as long as you have not been matched to provide help to someone.
To delete an account
1. cancel an existing request to get help
2. Go to Support, create a ticket and choose “Delete Personal Office”
3. Enter a message and save.
