This is the reality of eating well and exercising. The women on the picture below are of the same age. One looks so old, frail and immobile, while the other looks healthy, younger and strong. If fact, one can easily say, that the older looking woman is the mother of the other, right?
You are exactly what you eat. If you eat junks, your body becomes yunk yard; it is as simple as that.
Eating well means eating more vegetable, more fruits (avoid bottled juices - these are artificially loaded with synthetic vitamins, chemicals and sugar), more nuts, no sugar, no red meat, less carbohydrate, no junk food, drink normal water with no flavor (avoid all the flavored water products - those are artificially loaded with colors, chemicals, sugar that are bad for your health) and of course more exercise. Exercise, exercise and exercise - that's very important.
