Boko Haram releases video rant against Buhari and other Nigerian officials - April 3, 2017
Abubakar Shekau's faction of Boko Haram has released (on April 3, 2017) another propaganda video clip against President Buhari and other government officials.
The short video also showed some villagers being flogged for different offences. The video only showed a preacher ranting about the Nigerian government. The preacher was surrounded by gunmen and a crowd who were believed to be villagers held hostage.
