Beating of students in Nigerian schools is nothing but assault and battery. This wide spread criminal offence has to stop. If a student becomes uncontrollable without obeying rules and regulations of the school, the highest punishment should be indefinite expulsion from school. Beating in any form is assault and battery and should never be condoned.
