Problems on how to ship goods from ebay

I sometimes ago visited eBay online market place and place orders on some goods and I even paid for them thinking in the nest 3-7days I will get my goods but till now I have not got anything. Later I asked google and I got to know there's US address that people do use bfor they've ship it to Nigeria. Pls help me I am a novice in this game. Thanks
