Elemah Victor Praise also known as Vicky Perry, was birthed on the 6th of November, 2001. He started writing songs from when he was age 14. His first single is "Ayee", which was released on the 1st of February. His latest song "Fall" was released today, the 12th of February. Fall talks about keeping a promise made to someone special and not planning to ever break their heart.
Fall is all about love, keeping promises, being up to date, showing of feelings to someone you love. And also the importance of you in the person's life and them in yours.
