England’s national team manager, Gareth Southgate has decided to drop Nigerian born Arsenal player, Bukayo Saka from the Three Lions’ Squad for the National League games against Iceland and Denmark, next month. This was well received by Nigerian fans.
Saka had a very impressive performance in the just concluded 2019/20 season, where he was named Arsenal’s third Player of the season and also bagged Europa League Young Player of the Yearby whoscored.com

This has led many Nigerian fans to urging the Nigerian Football Federation to invite Saka to play for the country.
It’s becoming clear that Saka is not wanted by England. I would be surprised if he doesn’t play for the Super Eagles in the next international break,” Sani Datsama said on Twitter.
